Tips and Variations

  • For a leaner option, choose grass-fed beef, which typically has less fat and more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a mixed green salad for a complete, heart-healthy meal.
  • For added flavor without extra sodium, try using a salt-free herb blend in place of regular salt.
  • To reduce saturated fat further, trim any visible fat from the tenderloin before cooking.
  • For a different flavor profile, substitute the herbs with a mixture of smoked paprika and garlic powder.
